These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tiger platform and the website at tiger.webtigers.com (the "Service"), operated by WebTigers ("WebTigers", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your content, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTigers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any amounts exceeding the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms
