WebTigers ("WebTigers", "we", "us", "our") operates the Tiger platform and the website at tiger.webtigers.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide — such as your name, email address, organization, and login credentials.
  • Usage and technical information — pages visited, features used, and technical data such as IP address, browser, and device, collected to operate and secure the Service.
  • Content you create within the Service.
  • Google user data — only if you choose to connect a Google account (see below).

Google user data

If you connect your Google account to use analytics features, we request read-only access to your Google Analytics data using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly scope. We use this access solely to retrieve and display your Google Analytics reports within your Tiger dashboard, at your request.

Limited Use disclosure. Tiger's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the analytics features you enable.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or with your consent.
  • Humans do not read your Google user data, except with your explicit consent, to comply with applicable law, or as necessary for security or abuse investigations.

We store only the short-lived authorization needed to fetch your reports on your behalf. You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time, which revokes our access.

How we use information

To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to provide the features you use; to communicate with you; and to comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (bound by confidentiality obligations), when required by law, or with your consent.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your information, and disconnect any connected Google account, through your account settings or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
